Causes: The most frequent culprits are dirty air filters blocking airflow or low refrigerant (gas) levels due to a leak.

Solution: Clean or replace your filters monthly. You will need a professional to find and fix any refrigerant leaks and refill the gas

Causes: In Sharjah, dirty condenser coils (outdoor unit) cause the system to overheat and draw too much power. Other causes are compressor failure or loose wiring.

Solution: Do not just keep resetting the breaker. Turn the unit off and call a technician immediately to check for short circuits or failing parts

Causes: The drain hose is likely clogged with lint and debris, or the pump filter is blocked. In Sharjah, small items or accumulated sand can also block the drain.

Solution: Check and clean the pump filter (located behind a small panel at the bottom front). If water still doesn’t drain, the drain pump motor may be faulty and need replacement

Causes: The defrost drain hole is blocked by ice or debris. As the fridge defrosts, water backs up and spills onto the floor instead of draining into the pan.

Solution: Flush the defrost drain hole (usually located on the back wall of the freezer) with hot water to clear the clog.

This is an emergency. Immediately turn off the main water valve (usually located outside the villa or in the bathroom of an apartment) to stop the flooding .Call an emergency plumber immediately to replace the burst section of pipe.
